Faith is conviction and flow in learning processes

Abstract

In the course of the paradigm shift of pedagogical methodologies, vocational training and training systems, I consider it important to examine unique possibilities of methods that differ from those used so far, since we never know where a method of application that can increase the effectiveness of teaching and learning will come from. For this reason, I have chosen an unconventionaly et comprehensive segment of the pedagogy-religious history-psychology triad. In the course of my research, I will cover the most important cornerstones of the origin and changes of faith and religion, which, as a result of the „Lebensreformbewegung” and social changes, culminated in the creation of the Flow theory in the scientific fields of philosophy, anthroposophy, and thenpsychology. Both, Flow and Anthroposophy provide insights in to the human experience and learning processes. The topics I mentioned are also relevant from the point of view of pedagogical research. The works I have analysed and compared can help us understand how, according to my theory, they are interconnected and what effect they can have on educational systems and people. Such research plays an important role in the development of schoolsystems and learning processes.
