Methodological solutions in the vocational training of SNI and BTMN students

The article summarizes the topics raised in the section meetings of the conference entitled Chances and Challenges – SNI and BTMN Students in Vocational Training, held on 21 April 2023, which were methodological solutions that can be implemented in classrooms and workshops of vocational training institutions, in dual training, and in assessment and examination. In addition to summarising what was said in the section meetings discussions, the authors reflect on and add to the ideas and experiences expressed by the participants.Author Biographies

Pedagógiai szakpszichológus, az Öveges József Technikum és Szakképző Iskola iskolapszichológusa és segítő pedagógusok munkacsoportjának vezetője, az ELTE Pedagógiai és Pszichológiai Kar óraadó oktatója, a Magyar Pedagógiai Társaság alelnöke és a Diszlexiás Gyermekek Fejlesztéséért Szakosztály elnöke.
Ildikó Dunás-Varga
Dunás-Varga Ildikó gyógypedagógus, emberi erőforrás tanácsadó szakokon végzett az Eötvös Loránd Tudományegyetemen, abszolvált doktori hallgató az ELTE PPK Neveléstudományi Doktori Iskolában és jelenleg egyetemi tanársegéd az ELTE Bárczi Gusztáv Gyógypedagógiai Karon. Kutatásaiban fogyatékossággal élő személyek oktatási és munkaerőpiaci esélyegyenlőségének, részvételének kérdéséire fókuszál.
