Tisztelt Olvasó!

Idei második, magyar nyelven megjelenő számunk változatlan rovatszerkezetben, gazdag tartalommal jelenik meg. Ennek örvendetes oka, hogy a szerkesztőségbe beérkező írások száma nő, egyre több jó minőségű tanulmány áll a tematikus tervezés, majd a tényleges szerkesztés során rendelkezésünkre. Mint azt már a múlt évben jeleztük, 2021-től évente két angol nyelvű szám publikálására vállalkozunk, ezért az angol nyelvű kéziratok befogadására is készséget mutatunk, mind a nemzetközi szerzők, mind a hazai, idegen nyelven publikálni szándékozó szerzőink esetében.

E számunk első tanulmánya Sturcz Zoltán „Másfél évszázad távlatából: A reáliskolai tanárképző műegyetemi működése (18710-1874)” írása a pedagógusképzés hagyományai előtti tisztelgés, s egyben – a magyar oktatásügy modernizációját következetesen képviselő politikus, miniszter a jelenkor számára is példát mutat elkötelezettségben, demokratikus szemléletben, s a reformok elindítója – Eötvös József halálának 150. évfordulójára történő megemlékezés. Lapunk tematikája miatt is tekintünk vissza a szakmai tanárképzés másfél évszázados történetére. Sturcz Zoltán tanulmánya a műegyetemi tanárképző első éveinek (az 1870 májusában hivatalosan megnyitásra kerülő Műegyetemi Realiskolai tanár képezde) első lépéseinek történetét, jelenünkre is hatással lévő szakmai vállalkozását ismerteti a kor meghatározó dokumentumai alapján.

A Tanulmányok rovatunk tovább írásai az éppen egy évvel ezelőtti Pandémiával az elsők között foglalkozó, az oktatás és munka világát mélyen érintő hatásait, az első kihívásokat és a sikeres válaszokat bemutató tematikus számunkhoz (Opus et Educatio 7. évfolyam 3. szám) kötődik. E tematikus blokk írásai a digitális átállás immár kristályosodó, negatív és pozitív tapasztalatainak elemzésével foglalkoznak. A tematikai spektrum széles, jelen vannak a távoktatás felső oktatási tapasztalatait, a szakképzési sajátosságokat, a tanulási környezet módszertani hatásait elemző közlemények.

Mivel  a gazdaság és foglalkoztatás világára szintén jelentősen hatással volt a legutóbbi egy év, ezért a folyamatok megértésének szándékát képviselik A munka világából rovatunk közleményei. Szimbolikus címmel rendelkezik Bagó József és Ignits Györgyi írása „Démonok az Aranykorban - A foglalkoztatási környezet és a gazdasági aktivitás alakulása a világjárvány előtt”. Ahhoz, hogy a tényleges foglalkoztatásban végbement fordulatokat megértsük szükség van azokra az elemzésekre, melyek a megváltozott helyzet megértéséhez szükségesek. Ehhez a komplex témához kapcsolódik Zachár László írása „A népesség munkaerőpiaci aktivitásának jellemzői„, érzékeltetve az oktatás-képzés meghatározó szerepét, ugyanakkor a képzetlenséggel együtt járó fokozódó kockázatokat is a statisztikai összefüggések szintjén. További komoly elemző munka és annak terjedelme miatt egy kétrészes tanulmány első rész kerül közlésre Módosné Szalai Szilvia-Jenei Szonja „Cégkultúra vezetői személyiség HR szervezet és vállalati CSR tevékenység” címmel. A rovat záró írása, Berde Éva – Tőkés László: „Az idősek foglalkoztatottsága és az élettel való elégedettsége. Az Európai Életminőség-felmérések adatainak elemzése” címmel a hosszabb távú perspektivikus gondolkodás jegyében foglalkozik a népesség egyre nagyobb hányadát érintő kérdéskörrel szintén figyelemreméltó statisztikai háttérre alapozva.

Horizont című rovatunkban Schindler Rózsa egy új, az online kapcsolattartásra, közösségi fórum keretei között folyó szakmai konzultáció-sorozatra nyújt kitekintést, amikor a Magyar Pedagógiai Társaság Szakképzési Kollégiumának” Beszélgetések a szakképzésről sorozat első két rendezvényről számol be. Tekinthetjük akár a tanulmányok hatásának sajátos minőségellenőrzési formájának is a „Tartalom és módszerek”, valamint a „Szakmarendszer – új utak és törekvések” témákról folytatott szakmai konzultációk rövid ismertetését. Végül a Recenzió rovatunkban olvasási horizontunkat tágítja Schmitsek Szilvia igényes áttekintése a karriertámogató pályaorientációs rendszerekről és szolgáltatásokról.

A szerkesztői szándék a gazdag színes tartalommal valójában az, hogy érzékeltessük a visszatérés és normalizáció lehetőségét, ehhez kívánnak a publikált tanulmányok olvasási élményt és a pozitív változások irányában szakmai impulzusokat adni.

As an Introduction

Dear Reader,

Our second Hungarian issue of the year is published in the regular column structure and with rich content. The welcomed reason for this is that the number of articles sent to our editorial board is growing. An increasing number of high-quality studies are available when planning the thematics of and editing the volumes. As indicated last year, from 2021 on, we undertake to publish two copies in English each year. Therefore, we are happy to receive English manuscripts, as well, both from international authors and domestic experts wishing to publish in English.

The first article of this issue is Zoltán Sturcz’s study titled ’At the distance of 150 years: teachers’ training institution of exact sciences operating at the University of Technology (1870 -1873)’ is a salutation for the traditions of teacher training and a memorial for the 150th anniversary of the death of József Eötvös – a politician and minister consistently acting for the modernization of Hungarian education who initiated the reforms and is an example in terms of engagement and democratic world view for us today, as well. The thematics of our review is also a reason why we take a look back at the one and a half decade’s history of vocational teacher training. Relying on the most important documents of that era,Zoltán Sturcz’s study presents the first years of the teacher training institution at the BME (the Training Institute for teachers of exact sciences officially opened at the university of technology in May 1870), the professional undertakings of which are having impacts until these days.

The articles of the Studies column connect to our thematic copy (Opus et Educatio Vol. 7 Issue 3) that was one of the first ones to deal with the pandemic, its impacts profoundly influencing the world of education and labour, the first challenges and some successful solutions. The papers of this thematic block analyze the negative and positive experiences of the digital shift getting now crystallized. The topical spectrum is broad: it includes writings examining the higher education experiences of distance education, the specialities of VET and the methodological impacts of the learning environment.

Since the latest year has had a considerable effect on the world of economy and employment, as well, the papers in the World of Labour column strive to understand these processes. The article by József Bagó and Györgyi Ignits has a symbolic title: ‘Demons in the Golden Era – Evolution in the employment environment and economic activity before the world pandemic’. To understand the changes that took place in actual employment, we need the analyses helping us to get a picture of the initial situation. László Zachár’s paper titled ‘Features of the people’s labour market activity is related to this complex topic; it presents the decisive role of education and training as well as the increasing risks of unqualifiedness at the level of statistical correlations. The study by Szilvia Módosné Szalai and Szonja Jenei titled ‘Company culture, leader personality, HR organization and company CSR activity is also a prominent analysis. For reasons of length, the first part of the whole study is published here. The last article in this column is by Éva Berde and László Tőkés: ‘Employment of the elderly and their content with life. Analyzation of the data of the European Quality of Life Surveys’; deals, with a long-term perspective, with the issue affecting a growing proportion of the population, building on a remarkable statistical background.

In the column named Horizon Rózsa Schindler offers insight into a professional consultation series taking place in a new form, online, within the frames of a community platform when reporting on the first two events of the series organized by the VET Council of the Hungarian Association of Pedagogy, titled ‘Discourses on VET’. The short introduction to the professional discourses conducted about the topics titled ‘Content and methods’ or ‘Vocation system – new ways and efforts’ can also be considered a specific form of quality control of the effects exerted by the studies. Finally, in the Recension column, the high-standard overview by Szilvia Schmitsek about the career supporting orientation systems and services will widen our horizon of reading.

By providing this rich content, the editors’ intention was to refer to the possibility of coming back and normalization; the published articles intend to offer reading experiences and professional impulses for the sake of positive changes.
